Vanessa Ruffa acts in pre-litigation and business litigation (in particular, corporate and banking litigation) for French, Italian and English-speaking clients. She has mainly developed an expertise in recovery proceedings (civil enforcement proceedings, collective proceedings).
Vanessa Ruffa was a lecturer in Professor Larroumet’s team at the University of Paris II between 2004 and 2007 (general introduction to civil law, property law, law of obligations). She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association Toutes à l’Ecole from 2011 to 2014.
