Member of the Paris Bar and the Kyiv Bar, Nataliia Ivanytska’s practice focuses on banking, payments and FinTech regulation as well as on financing, competition, and compliance.
She assists banking sector players in implementing digital solutions, as well as in negotiating partnerships and commercial contracts between banks and payment systems and between banks and FinTech companies.
Nataliia Ivanytska advises international groups on issues related to cross-border transactions with high compliance risks due to international economic sanctions and the application of extraterritorial regulations.
She practiced for 10 years in Ukraine (2006-2016), where she represented her clients in commercial disputes before Ukrainian national courts, and before the European Court of Human Rights as well.
Nataliia is a lecturer in finance at the University of Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas in France.
