A member of the Paris and Kyiv Bars, Nataliia Ivanytska focuses on banking regulations, payments and FinTech sector, financing, competition and compliance. Nataliia accompanies traditional players of the banking sector in introducing FinTech solutions within their activity; negotiating partnership and commercial contracts between banks and payment schemes, and between banks and FinTech firms.
While practicing in Ukraine (between 2006 and 2016) Nataliia represented clients in commercial disputes before national Ukrainian jurisdictions and before the European Court of Human Rights.
She was recognized among Best Lawyers in Ukraine for competition law practice.
Nataliia Ivanytska advises international groups on issues related to cross-border payments and acquisitions within sensitive jurisdictions, i.e. jurisdictions with a higher risk of compliance issues due to international economic sanctions and extraterritorial regulations.
Nataliia Ivanytska is a guest speaker in finance at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon- Assas in France.
