Mohamed focuses mainly on corporate, banking & finance transactions particularly in Islamic finance, corporate finance, project finance in the Middle East and Africa.

Mohamed is active in the Middle East and Africa for nearly 10 years. Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance EMEA in Abu Dhabi (ADGM), Mohamed was an international civil servant at the Islamic Development Bank (ICD – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia).

Mohamed regularly advises financial institutions, multilateral development banks, funds, sovereign and corporate clients. Mohamed has developed a specific expertise in the banking & financing sector with a focus on Islamic Finance in the Middle East, CIS countries and in the WAEMU & ECCAS space (OHADA – Business law in Africa).
