Marie-Gabrielle Plasseraud focuses on litigation and counseling in intellectual property (trademarks, copyright, models, patents) and information technology (e-commerce, IT contracts, consumer law).
She has substantial experience in anti-piracy and management of intangible assets at a worldwide level, both for domestic and international clients.
Prior to joining De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2014, Marie-Gabrielle Plasseraud worked in a trademark attorney firm after starting her career at the New York office of an international law firm.
Having graduated from Sciences Po Paris, she is a jury member of the master of Innovation law at the Sciences Po Law School. She also publishes about intellectual property.
