Her practice areas include corporate tax, tax restructuring (mergers, etc.), taxation of flows, real estate taxation, inheritance issues and taxation of managers.
Marie-Charlotte has acquired particular experience in VAT matters, especially in an international context.
She is also involved in the management and conduct of all types of tax-related audits and litigation, both in France and abroad.
