Leïla Djellal specializes in real estate and corporate taxation. She assists a diverse range of clients, including investment funds, asset managers, pension funds, sovereign funds, and operational groups, both domestic and international, with their investment or restructuring operations in France.
Her expertise includes tax audits (asset deals or share deals), fund structuring (including OPCI, SIIC, and other regulated funds), corporate group restructurings, financial model reviews, and financing structuring.
During her secondment at PwC Singapore, she gained valuable experience in local and international taxation, particularly in tax structuring for funds and operational groups for Asian clients, as well as assisting Singaporean clients with their acquisitions in France. She has also developed strong technical skills in wealth taxation.
