Jonathan Simpson

Jon is an English Law Qualified Lawyer who has joined De Gaulle Fleurance EMEA Ltd as a Partner.

Globally renowned, Mr. Simpson brings over 30-years’ experience advising on project development and project finance transactions in transport infrastructure (including ports, airports, motorways and railways); power & renewables; mining & resources and oil & gas transactions.

Over the last three decades, Mr. Simpson has developed leading market knowledge and expertise in advising governments; multinational corporations; and financial institutions on emerging markets transactions, particularly in respect of “pathfinder” transactions. He has having successfully advised on key projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
