Charles specializes in business and corporate law. Before joining the firm, he practiced in a Tier 1 US law firm, first in New York and then in Paris, and later as a solo practitioner. He advises both domestic and foreign clients (private equity firms, international groups, SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurs) on corporate matters as well as high-end transactions of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, private equity, and venture capital.
Charles graduated from HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) (Master, 2015) and holds other post-graduate degrees from Universities of Paris 1 (Sorbonne) Paris 2 (Assas), respectively in Business Law (Master 1, 2013) and International Taxation (Master 2, 2015) and Columbia Law School (LL.M., 2017).
He is admitted to practice both in Paris and New York
