Pierrick Le Goff joins De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés as a Partner to strengthen the firm’s activities in the field of international arbitration, major infrastructure projects, and compliance.
With 25 years of experience in the main areas of international business law, he brings his professional skills for the benefit of public and private corporations in France and abroad. Pierrick Le Goff started his career in Paris in 1992 with a business law firm before taking various positions in the energy sector of the Alstom Group in England, Germany and the German-speaking part of Switzerland. He took over the function of General Counsel of the transport sector of Alstom in 2011 and became Group General Counsel in 2015.
Pierrick Le Goff is an affiliate professor at Sciences Po Law School in Paris and serves as adjunct faculty member at the University of Marburg in Germany. His teaching and speaker activities focus on international commercial law, international litigation and arbitration, international construction law, corporate social responsibility as well as ethics & compliance.
Member of the New York Bar and in the process of registering with the Paris Bar, Pierrick Le Goff holds a doctoral degree (PhD in Law) from the University of Marburg in Germany, an LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania (USA), an LL.M from the University of Marburg (Germany), and a post-graduate diploma in international law (DEA) from the University of Paris II.
Pierrick Le Goff is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Mediation Institute (IMI). He is also a member of the International Law Association (ILA), the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the Association for Research and Teaching in Construction Law of the University of Marburg.
Upon joining De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, he stresses his intention to use his international expertise and his knowledge of the industrial world for the benefit of the firm’s activities: « I am very pleased to integrate De Gaulle Fleurance et Associés with the perspective of contributing my experience gained in major projects for the construction of infrastructures and industrial facilities, the management of related risks and disputes, and compliance.
