Having started her career as an account manager, this Group Managing Director uses her skills on a daily basis to gage the effectiveness and value creation of tomorrow’s banking services.
She has been trained in digital technologies in order to address cyber-security, e-banking, and blockchain issues – and to manage the long-term IT strategy.
To support excellence in customer service in the era of “remote everything”, she is working to secure the performance of internal tools and the availability of contact/management platforms.
Banking services require the mobilization of IT resources, the design, maintenance and operation of which are critical to their compliance with banking, financial and personal data regulations.
In 2018, with the support of its lawyers, the group won litigation against a banking software developer on numbers of licenses, and ensured the contractual and regulatory creation of the first banking API platform in France enabling fintechs and other financial applications to aggregate their services as an add-on to those of the group.
