This Human Resources Director, who previously worked for an event management agency, was hired to organize the world championship, to take place in four years' time in several French cities.
In the short term, he will need to hire key people to strengthen the organization's permanent services. This includes the legal department, which will work with the federation's lawyers – a multidisciplinary team capable of helping him with corporate and tax issues, employment questions, broadcasting on both linear and non-linear media, event organization, the fight against ticket fraud and the unlawful use of event brands (counterfeiting, ambush marketing), including via foreign sites etc.
He will also be involved in managing the large number of contractors and volunteers involved in the event, with various employment law and social security issues.
