Within the Legal Department and working with the Research & Development Department, she coordinates the legal aspects of innovation, both in-house and via external partnerships, as well as the fight against counterfeiting and unfair competition.
She regularly consults lawyers for help in organizing and protecting her IP rights portfolio (patents, trademarks, designs, know-how and valorization of trade secrets), certain R&D, licensing and industrial contracts, and for disputes with filing agencies and unscrupulous counterfeiters and competitors.
In terms of R&D, as part of consortia with technical, technological, academic and financial partners, her current priority is to assist in the development and protection of textile and imaging products linking connected clothing to medical screening services, in compliance with the legislation on health data, and integrating artificial intelligence tools.
2019, in connection with market access issues, she will also be working on the reform of health product assessment.
