  De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés (Sylvie Perrin, Gaïa Witz, Julie Cornély and Rachida Loumadine) advised John Laing Group PLC, an active British investor and manager of renewable infrastructure projects, on the sale of a portfolio of three wind energy projects in France. This transaction, worth approximately €30 million, relates to the sale of three operating wind farms located in Pasilly in Burgundy, Sommette in Picardy and St Martin l'Ars in the Vienne region, representing a total capacity of 51.9 MW.   UK-based John Laing PLC is active both as an investor and a manager of renewable infrastructure projects, mainly in the United Kingdom, North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.   The purchaser, Greencoat Renewables PLC, is one of the investment vehicles of the Anglo-Saxon asset manager Greencoat Capital LLP, which specialises in renewable energy infrastructure assets. This transaction marks their first investment in the renewable energy market in continental Europe.   John Laing Group PLC has been assisted throughout the transaction phase by Sylvie Perrin, Julie Cornély, Rachida Loumadine and Frédéric Paquet.
