“We are pleased to join De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés,” explains Aurélien Chardeau. “We particularly appreciate the efficiency and agility of this firm, as well as its organization, which puts collaborative work at the hearth of the firm’s values and allows companies to benefit from a 360° view of their issues. This is a favourable environment for us to adapt to new trends in business litigation, such as the significant development of mediation, the growing influence of European case law on retail banking, the historic opening up of the rail sector to competition, and the exceptional strains linked to the sanitary crisis in the health and automotive sectors”.

“We are delighted to welcome Aurélien Chardeau and Christophe Fafet,” say Louis de Gaulle and Henri-Nicolas Fleurance, respectively Chairman and Managing Director of De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés. “Their arrival will contribute to further enhance our ability to assist companies in their major litigation matters, including criminal law, and their growing compliance issues.”
