PRESS RELEASE
Founded in 1954, the French real estate group Icade, a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, is an office and healthcare property company (assets of €15.1 billion as of 31 December 2022) and a developer of housing, tertiary and public facilities (economic turnover in 2022 of €1.3 billion)
Icade and HSBC entered into an amendment to the existing credit agreement in order to set up an additional €30 million credit facility to finance the construction of an office building located in Lyon and owned by SCI Stratège. The financing benefits from a green label insofar as the asset aims at the best levels of environmental certification.
De Gaulle Fleurance (Sylvie Perrin, partner, and Pierre Bouijoux, associate) assisted Icade’s teams with the transactional and real estate financing aspects of this operation.
« We are delighted to have assisted Icade in this transaction», explains Sylvie Perrin, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance. « In addition to meeting real estate needs, this loan agreement allows for the construction of a building in Lyon that meets the best environmental criteria. »
