Four years ago, Enerlis set up a subsidiary dedicated to rooftop photovoltaic production, which built about 100 plants in operation and has a portfolio of 550 projects under consideration, representing a total capacity of about 150 MW.
With a team of some forty employees, Girasole Energies has taken a new step forward with the support of Mirova thanks to a €96 million fundraising to enable it to exceed 500MW by 2028.
The De Gaulle Fleurance teams assisted Girasole Energies with the legal and tax audit (Claire Tergeman, Senior Counsels, Daniel Hatzakortzian and Laura Ploy, Senior Managers, Anaëlle Degrémont, Brieux Le Fur and Ines Madi, associates) and the transaction (Bruno Lunghi, Sylvie Perrin and Thierry Titone, partners, Sébastien Delenclos, Claire Haas and Sandrine Trigo, senior counsels, Michelle Colas and David Faravelon, senior managers, Anne Kuhanathan and Caroline Ruiz Palmer, senior associates, and Louis Ngamou, associate).
“We are delighted to have enabled Enerlis to find the ideal partner for the evolution of Girasole Energies and to have participated in building this partnership to create a new player in the sector”, explains Sylvie Perrin, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance.
