Charlotte Hébert-Salomon rejoins to De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés

Charlotte Hébert-Salomon is a Senior Counsel at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés. She advises French and international clients in various sectors (energy, pharmaceutics, consumer goods, software, Internet), both in litigation and transactional matters, on issues relating to intellectual property (trademarks, designs, patents and copyright), information technology and commercial law.

Charlotte Hébert-Salomon also advises GreenTech players who use technology for sustainable development. She thus reinforces the range of services that De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés offers to leading companies in the ecological, food (agri-food) and digital transition.

Charlotte started her career at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés where she had the opportunity to acquire an extensive expertise during 8 years, before completing and diversifying her skills during5 years in another French firm, then in an Anglo-Saxon firm..

Charlotte holds a postgraduate degree in Innovation, Communication and Culture Law, specialising in Copyright on Digital Works (Paris-XI University, 2006) and a Master’s degree in Business Law (Paris-II University).

She is a member of INTA (International Trademark Association), MARQUES, APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles) and AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats).

She is involved with the Association Droits d’urgence and provides legal advice to victims of domestic violence.
