Capucine du Pac de Marsoulies joins De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés as Strategic Advisor for African Development.

Capucine du Pac de Marsoulies has a solid reputation in international arbitration and major projects, particularly in Africa.

 

She assists her clients, international and French groups as well as African Governments, in the context of their investments in the natural resources, energy and infrastructure sectors, both as counsel and in arbitration.

 

Capucine spent 10 years at Jeantet, in the Energy, Mining and International Arbitration Department, after having practiced in one of the leading law firms of Dakar. Founder of the AfricArb association, she has developed a comprehensive knowledge of OHADA business law. She holds a postgraduate degree in procedural law with honors from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2). She is a member of the Paris Bar.

Claire Tergeman rejoins De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés to strengthen its employment law practice.

Claire Tergeman focuses on employment law.

 

Claire assists companies throughout their employment law needs, most notably in the context of acquisitions, takeovers, and reorganizations. Her employment law practice is rounded out by her extensive experience in labor and social security litigation.

 

She also advises on issues of disclosure of confidential information by employees (loyalty, non-competition, confidentiality, and business secrecy). Claire has also developed a significant expertise in the management of employees’ inventions and creations.

 

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, she holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in labour law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I) and an additional postgraduate degree (DEA) in the sociology of law from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
