Victoria Quirin’s practice focuses on intellectual property and new information technologies. Victoria acts for French and international clients, both public and private, in a wide range of sectors, notably the digital and media industries.
Her practice covers litigation (trademark infringement actions, copyright, database infringement, press publishers’ neighboring rights, personal data protection disputes) as well as the non-contentious aspects of intellectual property (contracts, clearance, domain name recovery, removal of illegal online content).
