Sophie André joined De Gaulle Fleurance in 2023 after working for 9 years in the litigation and new technologies department of an Anglo-Saxon law firm. Sophie advises and assists French and international clients, mainly in the areas of contract, commercial and distribution law, both as counsel and in litigation. She assists major players in the distribution sector at all key stages of their commercial activity (contract drafting and negotiation) as well as in commercial disputes (contractual relations, restrictive business practices, fraudulent and unfair business practices, unfair competition, etc.).
