De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés reinforces its bank financing activity in recruiting a Senior Counsel: Jonathan Souffir.
Jonathan Souffir, 34, advises and assists French or foreign banks and financial institutions in terms of acquisition financing, project financing and real estate financing. He also assists companies and investment funds in these various matters.
Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, Jonathan Souffir practiced within the law firm Herbert Smith (2000 – 2012). Furthermore, he was seconded as legal director for Mid-Cap acquisition financing within the legal and tax affairs division of HSBC France (2006/2007).
He holds a post graduate degree (DEA) in contract and property law (Université Paris I, 2000) and a master’s degree in economic activities law (Université Paris I, 2000). He is a member of Paris Bar since 2002.
