De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés advise SEGA with the production of the animated Series “Sonic Boom”

De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés advised the Japanese company SEGA and its subsidiary in San Francisco, SEGA of America Inc., with the negotiation of a Franco-American co-production of an animated series consisting of 52 episodes called "Sonic Boom", adapted from the notorious character Sonic (former video game franchise) and its distribution.   The Series will be produced for a budget of over USD 10 million by the French producer OuiDo, International sales will be done by LE Rights (subsidiary of Lagardère Entertainment), and broadcasting will take place on kids television channels, such as Gulli and Canal J in France (also subsidiaries of the Lagardère Group).   De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés (Charles-Edouard Renault, partner, and Julien Brunet) advised SEGA.
