De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés advises Etienne de Montille in the purchase of Château de Puligny Montrachet

Etienne de Montille, in partnership with Laurent Dubois, has purchased Château de Puligny Montrachet from Banque Populaire Caisse d’Epargne (BPCE) with the minority shareholding of some wine lovers.   Etienne de Montille was already the director of the château. Pursuant to this transaction and after the restructuring, the de Montille vineyard, including Château de Puligny-Montrachet, will spread out over more than 35 ha, 21 ha of which will be classified as “Premier” and “Grand Cru”.   De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés advised and assisted Etienne de Montille and his partners in the structuring of part of the transactions in France and the purchase of some of the assets in partnership with investors.   De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés assisted Etienne de Montille in the preparation and performance of this transaction from a corporate, tax and stock exchange perspective.
