  De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés is pleased to announce the promotion of two partners   Jean-Baptiste Santelli assists credit establishments, companies, financial institutions and governments. He mainly intervenes in banking and financial matters and in the context of syndicated lending, structured financing, debt restructuring transactions either in France or abroad. He advises institutional stakeholders and major French and foreign groups in the context of the structuring of their strategic global projects, including in the Middle East and Africa. He is also active in the alternative and ethical financing sector. Jean-Baptiste Santelli holds a postgraduate degree (Mastère) in International Risk Management (HEC Paris, 2007), a postgraduate degree (Master II) in International Commercial Law (Paris-V University, 2005) and a Master’s degree in International Business Law (Paris-I University, 2004). He is a member of the Paris and Luxemburg Bars and joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2012.   Danielle Smolders advises and represents French and international clients before state or arbitration courts. She intervenes both as a litigator and as a legal counsel mainly in the real estate sector and has a specific expertise in commercial leasing contracts, construction and insurance. Danielle Smolders holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Business Law (Paris-X University, 2002) and a Master’s degree in Business Law (Paris-II University, 2001).
