De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés is pleased to announce the promotion of four new partners.   Nicolas Chazarain is involved in mergers & acquisitions (transfers, acquisitions, joint-ventures...), private equity and corporate law. He developed expertise in the energy and environment sectors in the context of both domestic and cross-border transactions. He also practices securities law (stock exchange listing, capital increase for listed companies, stock exchange regulations...). Nicolas Chazarain holds a Postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business and Tax Law, (Paris-II University, 2002) and graduated in Finance from Science-Po Paris (2001). He is a member of Paris Bar since 2004 and joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2010.   Muriel Guillin-Modaine intervenes as counsel as well as in litigation in real estate law and with respect to transfers of real estate properties (transfer/acquisition of real estate properties and/or property rights), legal arrangements, contracts for the implementation of housing complexes and commercial leases as well as in the context of renewable energy production projects. Muriel Guillin-Modaine holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in European Food and Agricultural Law, (Paris-I University, 1995), a Master’s degree in Private Law (Paris-I University, 1993) and a specialist certification in finance and accounting (1993). She is a member of Paris Bar since 1997 and joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2008.   Rhadamès Killy builds on his experience acquired at previous positions (French Online Gambling Regulatory Authority, French Tennis Federation and Roland Garros, IMG) regarding various subject matters relating to sports law, intellectual property, new technologies and commercial law. Rhadamès Killy holds a Juris Doctor (Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, 1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences (University of Pennsylvania, 1989). He is a member of Paris Bar since 2012 and of the State Bar of California since 1996 and joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2012.   Arnaud Troizier intervenes in public law, in France and abroad. He developed specific expertise in public contracts and public-private partnerships (hospitals and other public buildings, transportation infrastructures, electronic communication networks, defense equipment, energy...). Arnaud Troizier holds a Postgraduate degree (DEA) in Economic Public Law, (Paris-II University, 1999) and graduated in Economics and Finance (Sciences Po Paris, 1998). He is a member of Paris Bar since 2002 and joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2011.
