27/11/13

PGP (Paul Grandjouan) founding partner, carried out an OBO on Plastiques de Mitry Grandjouan alongside Vivalto (associated with BNP Paribas Dévelopment and SOCADIF).

De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés (Gilles Gaillard, Vincent Schmitt, May Jarjour (partners) and Julie Rolet,) advised PGP with regards to the sale and reinvestment, as well as all of the investors (PGP, Vivalrec the SPV of Vivalto, BNP Paribas Développement and SOCADIF) on the senior debt with BNP Paribas, CIC Nord Ouest and Crédit Agricole.

Lamartine Council (Fabien Mauvais and Georges Philippe Baruch) advised Vivalto and the SPV of Vivalrec. BDN (Tanguy Nicolet) advised BNP Paribas Dévelopment and SOCADIF.

Nextgreen (Pascal Gauthier), M&A advisor and specialist, advised the investors and Plastiques de Mitry Grandjouan.
