De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés advised the group Spir Communication in taking equity stake up to 22% of the capital of Prixing, a price comparison website, in the context of a capital increase, subscribed with individual investors, who took equity stake up to 5% for their part. This partnership strengthens the presence of Spir Communication in digital media while enriching its commercial offer.
Prixing was created in January 2011 and developed a mobile application meeting the needs of consumers and facilitating their everyday shopping. The application allows scanning products sold in the retailing and distribution industry, displaying price comparisons on users’ smartphones, broadcasting money saving coupons, dematerialising fidelity cards as well as, according to their location, providing information about nearby distributors offering the same products.
