Created in 2001, our firm grew from 8 people to 25 times more, 20 years later. The fundamentals that led to our success story will remain:

- Our seamless and efficient relationships,
The health crisis has accelerated the transitions underway. We are resolutely ready to take up the new challenges ahead:
- Increased compliance requirements;
- The Digital Transformation and an enhanced use of innovations allowing us to focus on our true added value, namely consulting and customer relationships;
- The relocation of the economy on all continents;
- The growing development of certain geographical areas, particularly Africa and the Middle East, which led to the opening of our Abu Dhabi office to better support companies in their strategic projects over there;
- Sense of purpose from our stakeholders (clients, partners like yourselves, employees…) with whom we share our mission, accompanying companies in all their transitions (ecological, societal, fiscal, digital…). A raison d’être that has inspired our baseline, Legal Step To Change.
