, 41, intervenes in real estate law and is specialised in the transfer of immovable assets (assignment/acquisition of immovable properties and/or property rights), agreements for the construction of real estate complexes (real estate promotion contracts, construction orders, project management contracts…) and commercial leases. She regularly intervenes in these sectors in contentious and pre-contentious cases. Muriel joined de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2008. She had formerly worked in the law firms SELARL André Touboul (1999-2008) and Delage (1997-1999). He regularly intervenes in construction law and more particularly in the context of disputes relating to the act of construction and to the performance of contracts. His expertise is acknowledged in civil procedure and measures of execution. Before joining de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2009, Xavier was a solicitor before Versailles Court of Appeal within Jean-Michel Treynet office (2007-2009) and within SCP Lissarrague Dupuis Boccon-Gibod (2001-2007). Xavier Desnos holds a Master II in European business law (Université Paris II, 2006), a post-graduate degree in law and practice of trials (Université Paris II, 2003) and a professional solicitor certificate (2004). He is a member of Paris Bar since 2009.
