De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés appoints May Jarjour as partner. Such an appointment is in line with the firm’s will to reinforce its banking and finance activity.   May Jarjour has developed expert knowledge in banking and financial law. She works, in particular, on operations involving syndicated loans, structured financing and debt restructuring. She assists French and foreign credit institutions and borrowers in the negotiation, implementation and restructuring of their financial operations. Before joining de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2011, May Jarjour worked at Herbert Smith (2002-2010). May Jarjour holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Private International Law and International Trade Law from Paris I University (2011).
