De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés appoints Stéphanie Roy as partner

Stéphanie RoyDe Gaulle Fleurance & Associés reinforces its corporate activity with the promotion of Stéphanie Roy as partner. Stéphanie Roy, 36, has developed expert knowledge in complex merger & acquisition, risk capital, UCITS structuring and restructuring and commercial and urban real estate planning and restructuring transactions. As such, she advises companies operating in the financial, real estate, industry or service sectors. She also intervenes in transactions implying regulatory issues such as public offer or private placement transactions. In this context, she manages all issues relating to stock exchange and financial regulations, contracts and corporate law on behalf of asset management companies and/or issuers. She advises management companies in the setting up of general UCITS, ETF or tax funds. Before joining de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2006, Stéphanie Roy previously worked in Deloitte & Touch (2000-2001) and Delattre & Amy (2001-2006). She holds a diploma of advanced studies in International Law (2000) and a post-graduate degree in Business Law and Taxation (1999) delivered by Université Paris II.
