He assists French and foreign clients, both companies and individuals.
Daniel Hatzakortzian assists companies with both their day-to-day operations and their exceptional transactions (reorganization of family groups owning real estate in France, capital transactions, tax consolidation, etc.). He also advises on tax issues in the renewable energy sector (in particular property tax, CFE, CVAE, IFER).
He assists individuals in their various patrimonial tax issues (sale of a real estate asset, transfer of private and professional assets, inheritance) as well as in the preparation of their tax returns (IR, IFI, real estate capital gains, exit tax, registration and inheritance tax).
Daniel Hatzakortzian also assists companies and individuals in the context of tax audits and tax litigation, in particular with regard to real estate taxation.
